The prices of Woodbridge homes for sale right now, range from $175,000 for a
1 bedroom attached standard sale at 158 Echo Run, to $1,3 million for a 3
bedroom 2,056 square foot short sale condo on Lakeview in the Arborlake
tract!
Right now, there are only 59 Woodbridge homes listed for sale! My
two most recent listings were sold quickly - one in three days, and the
other in the second week! Both are in the Lakeside tract.
One of them is this 3 bedroom, 2,038 square foot two-story home, (currently
in "pending" status, with escrow scheduled to close next month, and the other is a
1,568 square foot single-story home.

Don't expect to see many homes in "The Landings" on the market for sale.

bath attached standard sale condo in the Park Vista tract), to $703,000 for
2 bedroom standard sale condo at 4 Southwind in the Lakeshore tract.
